JCDA elects new team

After completing 16 years of its operation in Punjab territory, Jalandhar Computer Dealer Association held its annual general elections and elected its new team for 2014-15. The elections were held under the supervision of Parminder Saini, Inder Mohan Bhaskar, and Munish Anand on 22nd March at Hotel Grand Horizon.

Amarjeet Singh was elected as the President of the association. Rajeev Trehan of Sydicate Computers was announced the Vice President, Rajnish Gupta of C.Tech Computers has taken over as General Secretary, Rajiv Khanna (ITPRO) has been appointed as the spokesperson and media advisor and Ramanjit Singh of Universal Society of Computer Education has become the joint secretary, Rajesh Joshi of Multipro is the Treasurer and the P.R.O post will be headed by Gurnam Singh Rehal of IDM Solution.

The association also elected the six members of Executive Team comprising of Shaymal Gupta, Hemant Shakti, Jaswinder Singh, Rajnish Puri, Paras Dewan and Rupneet Singh.

Jalandhar Computer Dealer Association, popularly known as JCDA, is an association of IT entrepreneurs that works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of IT industry. With more than 70 members and partnering industry through advisory and consultative process, JCDA has been a facilitator and catalyst working closely with government on policy issues, enhancing efficiency, competitiveness and expanding business opportunities through assorted services.
