1. Tell us something about yourself  how you started your carrier and when and how

you started Syndrome Technologies?

Ans- Syndrome Technologies was established in the year 2004, after completing my M.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology, U.S.A. From inception the focus has been to help companies improve the way in which they implement and cater to their IT requirements. Syndrome does this through helping customers leverage modern technology to drive tangible business returns. My vision was to develop a set of methodologies across each of Syndrome’s core service disciplines – Discover, Design, Deliver & Optimize. Whether engaged to help define business requirements, design a technical solution, implement a solution or support existing technology, these methodologies ensure that Syndrome delivers on its commitments every time.

Syndrome focuses on Six business verticals: Data Center Build, Borderless Networks, Collaboration, Computing, Virtualization and Managed Services. Syndrome is a trusted adviser when it comes to Unified Data Center platform, which combines Physical Infrastructure build, compute, storage, network and management for operational simplicity and business agility — essential for cloud computing and deploying IT as a service.

2. How big is the team and how many offices / branches you have today?

Ans- Currently Syndrome has a team of 90 plus employees, we have our branches in Mumbai, Chennai and Singapore.

3. What are the challenges that you are facing?

Ans- As we are all aware the overall market slowdown/recession thought the industry over the last year , where many companies has huge layoff or salary cut down in the market. Even through this tough time Syndrome as a team was not only able to sustain but also sail the entire ship from this tough time. we are committed towards our continues growth with our determination and work as a team. We have come over time and we all are ready to face the challenges which will come across.

4. What are the key technologies that you are working on at present and how much they

account individually in your total revenue/ turnover?

5. What all verticals you are dealing and Please share the name of the vendors you are

working with today?

Ans- Manufacturing & Engineering, IT/ITeS, BFSI, chemical, health, hospitality, media, real estate, retail and telecom are few verticals that we are catering our solutions.

6. How are you fine tuning your solutions for enterprise clients?

Ans- Our consultative and collaborative team approach method helps identify solutions, evaluate effectiveness and appropriateness to the problem and implementation of the most favorable option. Our lifecycle services approach to networking allows us to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each stage of a solution’s deployment. 7. Looking at the datacenter, SDN is the trend. Why is this technology important for an

this segment?

Ans- Hybrid cloud is the right solution for the Indian market where in the critical data or

information can be on Private cloud and non critical information such as mails, backoffice

applications could be stored in Public cloud.

9. What are your future plans? Where is the big growth coming as far as Indian Market is

concerned?

Ans- We would like to get into software as services on the platform of security surveillance to enable voice and video as a service

· Focus on Infrastructure as a service

· To increase out footprint in telepresence penetration

· To expand avenues geographically by setting our foot prints in all the tier-II cities in India

· UCS unified communication services would be the big buzz

10. How do you plan to increase your growth rate?

Ans- By investing in right manpower and resources, revamping the strategies when and where required and definitely by matching with the pace that technologies are picking up.
