With festive season is round the corner what kind of market scenario are you experiencing?

In India people are very much aggressive for new products during festive season. To quench the thirst of the people and to bring in joy for them this festive season we have introduced lot of products with exciting offers and freebies. In the last Quarter due to Global uncertainty there was not much sale but in the coming quarter we are expecting drastic improvement in the business.

Are you running any offers for the festive season. If yes please elaborate on the same?

Yes we are national distributor of Bitdefender Antivirus. It is the top most Antivirus brand in this segment. We are offering various schemes in this festive season. On the purchase of Rs.35,000, the company is offering gold coin, on the purchase of Rs.50,000, we are giving digital camera, on the amount spend till Rs.75,000, we are giving play station, for the purchase of over Rs 1,00,000 we are giving washing machine and above Rs.1,60,000 we are offering trip to Thailand for our valued customers.

What are the benefits that you are giving to the channel partners this festive season?

We have been a channel friendly company and have been giving various offers and promotions for them from time to time. This festive season we are running lot of offers for them like Promotional offers buy one Get 2 Free etc.

How has been your business this year and what are the expectations from the next financial year?

With the Industry shown slowdown it became difficult for the businesses to run smoothly. However, in the tough time also we have tried to expand our business in new segment. We have explored Telecommunication Market in this financial year 2013 – 2014. Since the time is not conducive for running the business smoothly even then we are focused to achieve 100% target by the year end. We are putting our good efforts to distribute our product Bit defender in Channels and Corporate. Our target is to achieve 2 to 2.5 lakhs boxes in this financial year.

How do you look upon the upcoming trends in technology in India?

In the next 2 or 3 years we are looking tremendous awareness of Antivirus in consumer segment. With smart technology has become the fashion for today’s tech savvy customer, it is obvious that they are shifting from desktop to laptop and laptop to tablet. We are expecting there will be good share in the market. Tab market will be showing good presence in Indian market.

How do you look at the current situation of technology landscape?

Today technology is getting advance day by day. World is becoming smaller due to technology and with the smartphnone era taking its share of pie in the lives of tech savvy people we believe that the time is not far when everything will be on Mobile.

What are your top three technology related worries?

The top three technology related worries are
1). personal information with the known world will be thinner.
2). Human values can be affected
3).Technology and business will be remaining in very few hands.

How are you handling these worries?

We are trying to keep people around us more closely to teach them the human values and trying to keep our self with the pace of technology.

What kind of tech oriented internal training do you provide to your staff?

Whenever we are adding any new product in the basket, we arrange technical sessions for the staff to keep them updated with the new technology.

10. From where is the growth likely to come from?

We are seeing huge potential in the mobile and software industries in the near future and believe that the growth will come from this sector. And the IT products like hardware components, peripherals, laptops, mobile phones and other technology related products which we are handling. We will fulfill the market demand and new products will be included in our kitty from time to time.
