What is the operational focus of Parth Techocomm in solution space?
Our main focus is to strengthen our market share with new innovative products and services offerings.
How do you look at the solutions that your company is providing in today’s space?
I think that we are providing highly customized and cost effective solutions depending on the requirement of the customer organization, their budgets and keeping in mind their expansion plans.
What are the segments you are targeting with your products?
The key segments for us are Manufacturing, Govt/PSU, Healthcare, Hospitality, BPO, Retail and SME organizations.
What are the present two demands in the Solution market?
The solution market main focus is on Cloud and BYOD (Bring your own device)
According to you what is the most happening technology today?
We can see a lot of innovations are happening on Cloud infrastructure, so cloud is the main technology which has now started to capture the IT market.
What are your top three technology related worries as of now?
The three technologies related worries are Virtualization, Security and Consolidation.
What are the preventions you are adopting related to the worries? How much are the vendors supportive in these matters?
I think all Vendors are aware about these issues and a lot of R&D is happening in these spaces. We are hoping for a more stable infrastructure solution.
What kind of tech oriented internal trainings do you provide to your staff?
All our employees are Minimum CCNA/MCSE qualified. I myself am a CCDA. We put very high priority in Training and Certifications. We are probably one of the few organizations who can support Unified Communication in addition to the Networking giving our customer an end to end support infrastructure.
What is your growth expectation this financial year?
We expect to grow between 22-25% YOY.
What do you think about the solution market in your region and India?
I think Eastern Region Market is growing and lot of infrastructure related opportunities have come up. We also have best in class Technology manpower available in East and hence we feel that it has a lot of growth opportunities.
Where is the growth coming for Parth Technocom?
Our growth comes through our Customers and Partners with whom we work very closely.
What is your strategy in positioning your product?
We believe in providing best in class support and services, this is probably one of the key reasons behind our success.
What is your road map for this year?
Our roadmap is expansion, especially in the B and C class cities.
Anything new Parth Technocom planning in OND quarter?
We are trying a POC based model to attract more people looking for newer technology platforms.
